Order Delivery
All digital files are sent to the email address used for the order within 24 hours after successful payment.
Please make sure the email address provided during checkout is correct and accessible.
Email Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.
If you entered an incorrect email address or need to update it after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.
Files
Each product page specifies the file types and content included with your purchase.
If a file is missing, incomplete, corrupted, or not working correctly, please contact us and we will provide a corrected or replacement version when appropriate.
Copyright & License
Purchasing a NAMMINLIZ product gives you a license to use the purchased files according to these Terms & Conditions.
The purchase of a product does not transfer ownership, copyright, or authorship of the original files or designs.
All original designs, files, artwork, textures, and creative assets remain the intellectual property of NAMMINLIZ, unless otherwise stated.
Account & Purchase Records
Every purchase is recorded and linked to the email address associated with your order at namminliz.store.
Order records may be retained for purposes including:
Customer support
Order verification
Fraud prevention
Delivery verification
Proof of purchase
License verification
What You Can Do
You may:
Use our files for personal IMVU creations.
Use our files within your own IMVU derivable products, where permitted.
Adapt our assets for use on other compatible digital platforms or games.
Edit, recolor, resize, modify, or customize purchased files to suit your creative needs.
Publicly display avatars, characters, renders, screenshots, or creations made using our products.
Request custom or exclusive designs from NAMMINLIZ.
For any use involving the commercial sale or redistribution of the digital files themselves, please contact us first for written permission or an appropriate commercial license.
What You Cannot Do
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, share, upload, transfer, or gift the original digital files to another person.
Resell or redistribute our files after editing, recoloring, resizing, renaming, or modifying them.
Provide purchased files to friends, customers, team members, groups, or other creators unless specifically authorized by NAMMINLIZ.
Upload our source files to websites, marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, cloud folders, forums, Discord servers, or similar services for others to access.
Claim authorship or ownership of an original NAMMINLIZ design.
Extract, reproduce, modify, or repurpose our assets for the purpose of reselling or redistributing the digital files.
Redistribute any NAMMINLIZ file without prior written authorization.
Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it under these Terms; it does not give you permission to redistribute the source files.
Refunds & Exchanges
All NAMMINLIZ products are digital products and are delivered by email within 24 hours after successful payment.
Because digital products cannot normally be returned once delivered, all sales are final, except where a refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
A refund, correction, or replacement may be considered if:
You were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
You received the wrong file.
A purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or unusable.
Your paid order was not delivered within 24 hours.
If you experience an issue, please contact us whenever possible so we have the opportunity to resolve it quickly.
