      • The product is intended for use in your IMVU store (catalog) only.
        • Modify or change the template (textures) to create products for your personal use or to sell in your IMVU store.
      • License Details:
        • You receive a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to download and use the product for personal use only.
      • Restrictions:
        • You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, share, or distribute any of our products (modified or not) to third parties.
        • Do not share original textures if you set your products as derivable.

 

  1. Commercial Creator Use
    • You may sell or trade our products as file sale.
      • Exclusive License is granted for a specific price for your commercial use.
    • Derivation & Sharing:
      • You may set your products as derivable.
      • You may share textures only if the product is limited to one client, and you own the commercial rights to the product.

Products and Use

  1. Immediate Access After Purchase
    • After completing your purchase and confirming payment, you will receive immediate access to download the products.

  2. Account Creation
    • You can create an account on our website to easily manage and access all your purchases in one place.
    • Once your account is set up, all your previous and future product downloads will be available for you to use at any time.

  3. Editing Textures & Colors
    • By purchasing our products, you gain the right to edit the textures for personal use.

  4. Refunds & Exchanges
    • No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on purchases.
    • Exchanges: We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us via email.

  5. Usage Restrictions
    • If an order is canceled, you agree not to use the canceled products. You must respect our work, and we reserve the right to take legal action to protect our intellectual property.
    • You agree not to use any of our products in a way that could harm our reputation or be detrimental to us.
    • You agree not to use our products for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms.

  6. Prohibited Actions

      • Any act that infringes on the rights of others (e.g., copyrights).
